1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak66 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the ak66 website located at ak66.onl and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional features offered therein.

  You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

  Not a Restricted Person

  You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ak66 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and affiliates are prohibited from participating in real-money gameplay.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on ak66 is free of charge. To create an account, you must provide a valid mobile number or email address, choose a secure password, and agree to these Terms. Upon successful registration, ak66 may send an OTP verification to your registered contact details.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ak66 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ak66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or in response to a security review:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months)

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ak66 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed. ak66 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, or regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on ak66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ak66 does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies. The following provisions govern all financial activity on your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at ak66's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending verification checks. ak66 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own service charges. ak66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Funds Held on Account

Funds deposited into your ak66 account are held solely for the purpose of funding gameplay on the Platform. ak66 does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are maintained separately from ak66's operational funds to ensure they are protected in the event of financial difficulty.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ak66 will immediately suspend any account where fraudulent payment activity is suspected, retain any balances pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ak66 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are displayed at the point of offer.
• ak66 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.2 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ak66 runs promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar, including but not limited to BPL season offers, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha bonuses, Pohela Boishakh rewards, and Victory Day specials. These promotions are offered in good faith to our Bangladeshi player community and are subject to availability and the specific terms published for each event.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

ak66 provides access to a range of gaming categories including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting. The following rules apply to all gameplay across the Platform.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on ak66 are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or display of a game, ak66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be offered in malfunction scenarios. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative principle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak66 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ak66 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from ak66.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ak66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime level. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions; ak66 will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

9. Responsible Gaming
